Tuesday 4th October

A lovely sunny morning so we were a cheerful group. We happily worked away at our own projects until after morning tea. Then we enjoyed a Mini Workshop with Fay Farnham who showed us how to make an English Paper Pieced Christmas star. Using 60 diamonds and a lot of determination we will end up with a great ornament.

Anyone wishing to see a display of the donation quilts for the Mental Health Unit, which were given at Zone Day, can view them at Lismore Library from the 10th October until the end of the month.

The committee are seeking patterns for next year’s raffle quilt. Please bring along ideas next week as we have to get started. Next week is also Row By Row.
