A good turn out for our July General Meeting. Linda was back in the chair and we had a thorough discussion about our up and coming Daffodil Day. Plenty of enthusiasm so should be a winner for the Cancer Council.
The art quilters have started gathering artwork for our August showing at Ferry Park. We have agreed to call it “A Textile Adventure” so as to include works that aren’t necessarily art quilts such as bags and bowls. There is still time to include your work so bring it in next week. We will be hanging next Tuesday after stitching – helpers welcome.
