I’m sorry I’ve been so tardy in posting to the blog.
The first thing to do is to say a huge thank you to Elizabeth and Colleen who have maintained the blog so faithfully since it’s inception. They have left such big shoes to fill that I have to admit I have been quite intimidated at the prospect of carrying on their work. However the time has come to stop procrastinating and just DO IT!
We were all shocked last week to hear that our friend Liz has suffered a medical incident and is not well, we wish Liz a speedy recovery.
Plans are well underway for our 30th Anniversary celebration which we will hold in July.
Last week was Art Quilt reveal day, only two participants had items to show
Penne’s art quilt is another in her series of hexagons
Elizabeth’s art quilt theme is Trees and includes segments of some old tapestries she has inherited

- We’ve had some great show and tell in the last few weeks, I’ll just show a couple per week till we catch up
This is Deb’s Labyrinth Walk which she has made for her daughter Hanna
Wilga’s quilt which is made using a collection of tea towels from her travelling days
I started this post with an apology and I will finish with another, this one for the terrible photography, I hope that will improve very quickly
